Karlee Jorgenson, MSPAS, PA-C
NKarlee Jorgenson joins our team as Dr. Mathews’ Physician Assistant. She attended North Dakota State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology, and minored in Chemistry and Psychology. Following her undergraduate degree, she spent several years as a full-time volunteer and employee with Habitat for Humanity, building houses and repairing hurricane affected housing as a Construction Crew Leader.
She later went on to pursue her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Charleston Southern University, where she underwent rigorous medical training to become certified as a Physician Assistant. With previous experience as a family medicine practitioner, she underwent additional training with Dr. Mathews to become proficient in endocrine disorders. She works closely with the Palmetto Endocrine team to provide consistent, informed care for our patients at all times.
